We’re working hard, preparing to open our doors to serve patients in 2018.
We hope to have a permanent location soon!
Our team is finalizing plans for NeighborHealth’s opening.
We will locate in a medically-underserved area in and around west and central Raleigh. This area, identified in the 2016 Wake County Health Needs Assessment as the West Central Zone, has the highest percentage of its total population in poverty of all zones in Wake County. Nearly 29,000 people live at or below the Federal Poverty Level in this zone.
Volunteers are vital to our mission in both clinical and non clinical roles. We would love to meet you at a volunteer session!
Non-Clinical: IT support, grant writing, administrative support, move-in help, language interpreters, prayer, volunteer coordinator and community outreach.
Wednesday, February 21, 12:00-1:00 p.m.
Thursday, February 22, 6:30-7:30 p.m.
Both meetings will be held in Room 208 at Church of the Apostles:
333 Church at North Hills Street, Raleigh, NC 27609
