We offer a full range of family practice primary care services including prevention, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses; chronic disease management and prenatal care.

We believe sustainability is best achieved through diverse income streams. NeighborHealth is funded by patient reimbursements, individual contributions, foundation grants, investor groups and church partners.

While NeighborHealth is aligned with Christian faith principles, we’re committed to serving patients of any faith, without discrimination. Our practitioners strive to live out the Gospel by meeting each patient with the same grace, kindness and acceptance Jesus has shown us.
