Did you know you can schedule many appointments online through MyChart? If you are an established NeighborHealth Center patient, MyChart is an easy way to schedule an appointment without having to call.

You can also use MyChart to:

• View test results
• Send messages to your care team
• Request medication refills
• View upcoming appointments and other health information

MyChart is available anytime, making it easier to stay connected to your care when it is convenient for you.

Meet Our New Providers!

We’re expanding our clinical team by welcoming two exceptional new providers to the NeighborHealth Center family! Both bring extensive experience, unique perspectives, and a commitment to compassionate, high-quality care. We are excited to welcome them as we continue delivering coordinated, patient-centered health care to our community.

Ahkiya L. Allen, DO

Dr. Ahkiya Allen grew up in Cumberland, Virginia, a small rural community that shaped her commitment to accessible, patient-centered care. She completed her Family Medicine residency at Lehigh Valley in Allentown, Pennsylvania, where she trained in the Street Medicine Track caring for people experiencing homelessness.

Her clinical interests include women’s health, addiction medicine, and lifestyle medicine. She is a Yankees and Cowboys fan who will always try a new vegan restaurant.

Crystal D. Campbell, DNP, FNP-BC

Crystal Campbell is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who cares for patients across the lifespan, with a focus on chronic disease management, preventive care, and family wellness. She builds treatment plans around each patient’s goals and lifestyle, believing good health care starts with trust and honest conversation.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, she was named an American Nurse Hero by the American Nurses Association for her service to her community.

We are grateful to continue growing our team so we can care for more patients and families in our community.

Need to see a provider today? Established NeighborHealth Center patients are welcome to walk in for same-day health care needs.

Walk-In Appointments Available:

Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

No appointment is required. Simply come to the clinic during our walk-in hours, and our team will work to get you seen by an available provider.

Walk-in visits are a great option when something comes up and you don’t want to wait for your next scheduled appointment.

A Message from Leadership

NeighborHealth Center is growing, and we are excited about what that means for our patients and our community. Two things we’d like to highlight:

An in-house pharmacy is coming soon!

We are preparing to open a pharmacy right here at our Susanne Berger Clinic. Once open, patients will have the option to fill prescriptions where they receive their health care—making it easier and more convenient to get the medications you need. Stay tuned for more information about the pharmacy and how to transfer your prescriptions to NeighborHealth Center.
