The Newest Neighbors Newborn Kit Volunteers support families welcoming a new baby by assembling practical newborn care kits for patients connected through NeighborHealth’s Care Coordination, Women’s Health, and Pediatric teams. These kits help provide essential newborn supplies to families experiencing financial hardship or limited access to resources during the early weeks of a child’s life. Nourish Our Neighbors Meal Packs Volunteers help support patients and families experiencing food insecurity by assembling shelf-stable meal packs that are distributed directly through NeighborHealth’s Care Coordination team. These meal packs provide immediate nourishment and encouragement while patients are connected with longer-term community
